Optimizing Design for Older Smartphones
Recognizing that many of our users may not have access to newer, modern smartphones, we have optimized our design to fit small-screen devices.
Community-based saving groups
Saving groups can be easily created by any member of the app with an initial investment that will be returned upon termination. Any interest earned within the group is shared among all members, fostering a sense of community and collective growth. Typically consisting of 15-25 individuals, saving groups offer an opportunity to expand financial possibilities by pooling resources, accessing small loans, and obtaining emergency welfare.
Loan from the group
eArziki offers an alternative to traditional banking by allowing savings groups to take control of their own loans. Members of the group can borrow money from their collective savings to support their ventures without relying on a bank. This system promotes financial independence and self-reliance within the group, leading to greater economic opportunities and empowerment.

No internet, no problem
With our offline integration, users can access almost all of the features of eArziki, including meeting and loan management, even without an internet connection. This means that users in areas with poor connectivity or limited access to data can still take advantage of eArziki's benefits

SMS Integration
We understand that some of our members may not have access to smartphones or the internet. That’s why we’ve implemented SMS integration, allowing members to access eArziki with any mobile phone. Members can view their digital wallet, take out loans, and perform other essential transactions, all through simple text messages. This ensures that all of our members can access the benefits of eArziki, regardless of their technology limitations.
Digital Wallet
With access to a digital wallet, every member can safely store their money. The feature also allows them to monitor their transactions within eArziki, establishing a dependable track record that grows with each transaction, ultimately building a credit score that can be used to access loans outside of eArziki.

Groups have the ability to contribute to a collective welfare fund, providing a safety net for emergencies that may arise among their members. In times of need, any group member can request assistance from this shared resource within their own saving group.
