Ghana Celebrates the Launch of eArziki: A Game-Changing Community Financial Management App
By Benjamin Irani

On September 23 – October 11, 2024, Ghana witnessed the official launch of the eArziki community financial management app, a transformative moment for the country’s agricultural and community finance sectors. By streamlining the management of loans, savings, and transactions, the app aims to enhance economic growth and financial inclusion.

Take a 3 min break to understand how we are breaking grounds in Ghana!
By Peter Bruun Clausen

In Ghana, we are getting people online, so that they can tap into opportunities you and I take for granted. This includes climate information such as weather forecasts – and so much more.
However, we faced a challenge in Ghana: Few were willing to invest in a smartphone. In response, we developed a “revolving fund” model whereby people can take loans to buy a smartphone at below-market rates.
Unlike our VSLA model, this model can also be used for larger loans. Above all, it’s commercially scalable. In theory, the model could be used to unlock access to any climate solution developed by CARE Denmark.

OOPS!

We are still in development mode.
